Speech forms part of human personality just as water is to life. The first sound immediately after birth is that of self expression through a cry. So however much we may deny it, speech is key to humans together with a sound mind.

Welcome all to where you will call home on the web. Together we will build a platform for sharing those little experiences that make us succeed or fail in regard to speaking. Many have mastered the prowess of self expression through the spoken word and their experience is what we value most. Because of good diction, many have risen to be world figures. Take an example of president Barack Obama, when he steps to the podium, everyone goes into a frenzy because of the message of hope that comes out of his tongue.

Martin Luther King, always used the words ‘I have a dream’, when passing on an important message to humanity and this alone – call it a figure of speech, pulled crowds.

In our everyday life, we speak more than we keep quiet. Even when we are not having a dialogue with someone, deep inside we are always engaged in endless monologues with our own conscience. I have taken time to observe people at their work places. Many will keep quite but occasionally they are caught mumbling to themselves.

Poets have embraced the power of ink to bring out great messages to the world. Some are gifted with the power of oratory, while others are blessed with the power of writing, but all achieve their objectives through the art of speech. William Shakespear’s writings are unsurpassed up to date, reason? The language of expression he used cannot lose value in all generations.

This blog is intended to provide a platform for us to share our experiences and learn from each other and with time we will be our own masters of speech delivery.
